5th Annual AP Report to the Nation
More than 15 percent of the public high school class of 2008 achieved at least one AP® Exam score of 3 or higher
— the score that is predictive of college success — announced Gaston Caperton, president of the College Board. Additionally, AP students are much more likely to earn a bachelor’s degree in four years than their peers, thereby reducing college costs and supporting higher education’s goal of on-time degree completion.
